A.  We offer 1:1 replacement under the following conditions:

  1. It is A MUST to contact us before returning the items
  2. Defective items will be replaced with brand new items
  3. We reject all used/scratched/damages items for return
  4. This warranty does not cover any product renamed or modified by a dealer.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. ONLY sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "unchecked". If a customer fails to follow these instructions and a package is signed for as received in good condition, we may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation.
